This page explains where to send removal requests depending on the type of content or feature involved.
Chaturbetter is not owned by, operated by, controlled by, sponsored by, or part of the same company, corporate group, or economic group as Recurbate/Recu.me.
Chaturbetter may provide outbound links to Recurbate/Recu.me in limited areas of the Service. We do not host, embed, display, copy, store, operate, or control Recurbate/Recu.me videos, servers, content databases, moderation systems, or removal systems.
For video removals from Recurbate/Recu.me, you must contact their platform directly:
Chaturbetter cannot remove videos from Recurbate/Recu.me because those videos are not hosted or controlled by Chaturbetter.
Chaturbetter may display or link to live streams, performer profiles, thumbnails, metadata, embeds, and other information made available by third-party adult platforms such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, Cam4, and similar providers.
Chaturbetter is independent from those platforms. We may participate in affiliate, partner, white-label, or similar programs with some providers, but we do not operate their performer accounts, live streams, account settings, distribution settings, servers, or content databases.
If you want to restrict a live stream, performer profile, camera feed, thumbnail, embed, or platform-provided listing from appearing on third-party or partner websites, you must contact the platform that controls your profile or stream.
Some platforms may offer account settings or support processes to limit third-party distribution, affiliate distribution, API distribution, or white-label distribution. These settings vary by platform and are outside Chaturbetter’s control.
Chaturbetter generally does not remove live streams, cameras, or platform-provided listings supplied by third-party platforms unless the feature or stored material is directly controlled by Chaturbetter.
The Show Archive feature is controlled by Chaturbetter. It may show stored preview images or frames from prior live broadcasts so users can understand the general nature of a public performer profile.
If you control a performer profile and want us to remove stored preview images, stop saving new preview images, and disable the Show Archive section for your profile, contact us and identify the profile.
Before completing this request, we need to confirm that you control the relevant performer profile. We may ask you to temporarily add a unique verification code provided by us to the “About Me,” bio, or similar public section of the relevant platform profile.
After adding the verification code, reply to our email confirming that the code has been added. Once we verify it, we will process the request.
Do not use a public code from another request. We may provide a unique code for each request to reduce abuse and false removal attempts.

Disabling preview images and the Show Archive section may reduce the visibility and reach of your profile on Chaturbetter and in search engines such as Google, Bing, and others.
Profiles without preview images may receive less visibility because users who visit while the profile is offline, unavailable, or temporarily inactive may not see visual context from the profile.
